Reporting to the Head of Operations and Experience, the Team Lead, Campus Events & Programming will serve as the architect and executor of all campus-based events, programming logistics, and shared space operations for the Bronx K–12 Flagship Campus. This role is not traditional event management, it is an opportunity to design and orchestrate experiences that bring our mission to life, elevate our culture, and ensure our campus operates with seamless precision.


You will be the central point of coordination across Network teams, school leadership, families, and external partners ensuring that every event, training, tour, and gathering at Bronx K–12 is executed with excellence, consistency, and joy. You will also own the strategy and operations of campus shared spaces, ensuring they are programmed, scheduled, and utilized in a way that maximizes instructional value and fosters community across the K–12 ecosystem. A candidate who excels in project management and communication is essential in aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes.


Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Events & Experience

  • Architect and deliver all campus events, trainings, tours, and programs that showcase the Bronx K–12 mission and culture.

  • Execute end-to-end event plans including programming, logistics, staffing, communications, and post-event evaluation.

  • Ensure every experience reflects high standards and fosters joyful engagement for scholars, families, and staff.

  • Craft experiences that strengthen community and reinforce Bronx K–12 as a flagship campus.


2. Shared Space Operations

  • Manage the strategy, scheduling, and daily operations of all shared campus spaces (auditorium, gym, dining spaces, outdoor areas, flex rooms, etc.).

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive campus calendar that maximizes instructional value and reduces conflict.

  • Establish and enforce systems and policies to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient space utilization.

  • Document and refine scalable systems for logistics, calendar management, and space operations


3. Stakeholder Coordination & Project Management

  • Serve as the central coordinator across Network teams, school leaders, Operations staff, families, and external partners.

  • Align stakeholders on goals, responsibilities, and timelines for all campus programming.

  • Lead detailed project plans, run-of-show documents, and logistical workflows for recurring and special events.

  • Anticipate issues, remove obstacles, and manage vendors to ensure smooth, cost-effective execution


4. Continuous Improvement & Future Planning

  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine programming and improve the campus experience.

  • Identify systemic gaps and implement improvements that elevate operations and culture.

  • Partner with the Head of Operations & Experience to plan future programming and space strategy aligned to long-term Bronx K–12 goals.


Required Qualifications & Traits

  • 5-6 years of experience in operations, event management, logistics, hospitality, or project management.

  • Demonstrated success coordinating complex programs or events in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Commitment to Success Academy’s mission and a passion for creating joyful, impactful experiences.

  • Ability to design and implement new systems and processes during rapid growth.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Compensation Range
$110,000$125,000 USD
