Job Summary:

The Business Support & Operations Intern – NYC (Lenox) will spend 10 weeks aiding and facilitating client service, data integrity and contracting processes. The Team Support Coordinator Intern will work on meaningful projects supporting initiatives that are designed to provide exposure to different functions of Client Services with hands-on experience. The TSC Intern will be onsite Monday through Thursday at our NYC office location and fully remote on Friday.


Job Accountabilities:

Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist Conservation team in researching and creating tasks for past due premiums
  • Gain knowledge of Conservation process and impact to client and RM
  • Gain knowledge of the Licensing process and the impact on the agent’s ability to sell different products
  • Develop familiarity with Lenox’s CRM, MOSAIC
  • Support and ensure data accuracy by updating information in MOSAIC
  • Support initiatives to ensure we have complete and compliant licensing records
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • Rising senior of a four-year university preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, etc

What We Offer:

Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others. The base salary range for this position is $20 – $27. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
