About the Position:

Team8 is growing fast, with over $1.2bn raised, global LP relationships across multiple investment vehicles, and a leading brand in cyber, data, fintech, and digital health. 

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Investor Relations to play a central role in Team8’s next stage of growth and the launch of future Team8 investment vehicles. The Head of IR will partner closely with our General Partners, Marketing and Finance leadership to develop new fundraising strategies, lead our end-to-end fundraising processes and systems, expand our global LP base by leveraging Team8’s extensive investor network, and strengthen long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a world-class LP targeting strategy to expand Team8’s global institutional and strategic investor base 
  • Forge and nurture lasting LP relationships through research, outreach, and representation at global LP conferences and events
  • Lead the full fundraising cycle by qualifying and matching new LPs with Team8 vehicles, managing diligence and data rooms, and driving commitments through to closing
  • Develop systems and reporting to measure, optimize, and communicate fundraising progress and LP development to Team8 leadership
  • Create compelling fundraising collateral in partnership with Team8 Marketing, Finance, and investment teams
  • Combine data-driven pipeline management (CRM, automation, and analytics) with a strategic, relationship-driven approach to cultivating long-term partnerships
  • ~5 years of experience as an Investor Relations professional at an institutional investor, private placement agent, multi-family office, or VC/PE Fund 
  • Existing broad network of institutional investors, strategic investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices - with a proven ability to open new doors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to global LP audiences
  • Flexibility to travel for LP meetings, conferences, and events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Advantages:

  • Experience leading LP communications (quarterlies, AGMs, DDQs, side letters)
  • In-depth knowledge of the VC market and the Israeli tech ecosystem
  • Prior institutional buy-side and/or sell-side experience

The expected base salary for this role is between $150,000 and $250,000. This is a good-faith estimate but does not include equity or other forms of compensation. Pay will be based on experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
