The Compensation team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Compensation Manager to shape and execute compensation strategies across our Global Technology organization. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, organizational agility, strategic vision, and analytical expertise to develop and drive compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent in a rapidly evolving environment. You will lead high-impact projects and initiatives, represent Technology on firm-wide teams, and partner closely with senior leaders to ensure our compensation practices support our business objectives and maintain our competitive edge.
You will be leading compensation for our world-class Technology organization globally. Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide compensation consulting and thought leadership to business leaders and functional partners, working closely with HR Business Advisors and Talent function.
  • Manage the end-to-end year-end annual compensation planning process, including modeling pool funding scenarios, developing allocation strategies, managing incentive pools / salary budget, and preparing and presenting comprehensive spend summaries to senior management.
  • Lead a team of compensation professionals to deliver a strategic and forward-thinking compensation agenda.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key HR, Finance, and business clients, offering expert counsel on complex compensation decisions and financial outlooks.
  • Partner with HR Business Advisors, Executive Recruiting, and Senior Managers to develop competitive offer packages for critical hires.
  • Lead compensation-related projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, driving significant strategic and financial impact.
  • Continuously assess market conditions and pay practices to ensure the competitiveness of our compensation plans and programs
  • Translate regulatory and policy requirements into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
  • Leverage corporate partners and firm-wide resources to achieve consistent and efficient outcomes across lines of business.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Extensive HR or compensation experience with strong people management, strategic thinking, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and empower a team, cultivating and developing junior talent.
  • Demonstrated consulting skills with the ability to drive business goals through innovative HR and compensation strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client-focused, proactive, and results-oriented, with experience working in a matrixed, geographically dispersed, and complex organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Self-starter with high energy and a reputation as a trusted advisor on compensation matters.
  • Exceptional systems proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Business Objects and Web Intelligence
  • Ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and develop effective controls.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and influence.
