accessiBe is on a mission to make the web accessible for all. We empower organizations to build accessibility into their products from day one, helping developers create inclusive, compliant, and user-friendly digital experiences. Our solution isn’t just about compliance — it’s about changing how the web is built.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Account Executive based in New York City or Philadelphia metro areas. This is a highly visible, mission-driven role where you’ll sell accessFlow, our AI-powered accessibility platform that integrates directly into development workflows.

accessFlow helps engineering teams identify accessibility issues in user flows, prioritize fixes, and track progress in real-time, making accessibility a natural part of the development lifecycle.

You’ll combine technical acumen with consultative selling to engage development teams, explain product value, and help organizations adopt accessibility as part of their core engineering process.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical discovery, demos, proposals, and close.
  • Educate and influence developers and technical stakeholders on accessibility workflows, including automated audits, issue tracking, and suggested code-level fixes.
  • Demonstrate how accessFlow integrates with development pipelines (e.g., Jira, CI/CD) to streamline accessibility adoption.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Multi-thread across accounts, building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain hybrid/onsite presence: regularly in the NY/Philly office and engaging with customers in person as needed.
  • This role combines both new business acquisition and account growth responsibilities, identifying new opportunities while deepening relationships and expanding partnerships within existing accounts.
  • 3-5 years experience selling technical solutions to development teams (SaaS, workflow tooling, dev-oriented platforms).
  • Comfortable discussing accessibility challenges, developer workflows, and adoption of automation tools.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in high-growth, complex sales environments.
  • Able to present demonstrations of developer-focused solutions and articulate technical value.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
