You will act as a strategic advisor, advocate, and technical visionary for our partners.
Your Impact
- **Strategic Roadmap: ** Develop and maintain client business plans and technical roadmaps aligned with our core stack.
- Client Advocacy: Be the voice of the client to ensure service expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

- Project Leadership: Partner with the Professional Services Team to design successful projects and keep clients informed every step of the way.
- Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact during technical emergencies, providing calm and clear communication.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years communicating complex technical issues to clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows workstations/servers, Microsoft 365, and a solid grasp of networking topology.
- Education: A four-year degree in a technology-related field (relevant experience may offset this requirement).
