At Vibe.co, we’re shaping the future of advertising by helping brands connect with audiences in more human, data-driven, and measurable ways. Our platform brings together creativity, technology, and automation to make ad experiences more relevant, efficient, and impactful — across every screen, including CTV.

We’re growing fast — our goal is to 2.5x revenue in 2026, and content will be at the core of how we get there. The stories we tell, the experiences we design, and the value we communicate will define how brands, agencies, and partners see Vibe as a category leader in CTV innovation.

We’re a small, high-performing team that values clarity, speed, and execution. We move quickly, experiment relentlessly, and take pride in content that doesn’t just inform — it converts.

Your mission:

As a Technical Account Manager, your mission is to become the ultimate expert on our product, leveraging that expertise to ensure the success of campaigns across the region. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and guide campaign performance. Your deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, combined with your ability to analyze and solve technical challenges, will help our teams and clients achieve their KPIs and deliver strong results.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the technical expert across campaigns, with a deep understanding of our product and its functionalities.

  • Oversee the performance of campaigns run by Customer Success Managers in your region, identifying and solving technical issues related to deliverability, tracking, and reporting.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues such as under-delivery or inefficient targeting, using your knowledge of real-time bidding and campaign management to resolve problems quickly.

  • Run ad-hoc SQL queries and dive deep into data to diagnose and fix tracking or performance issues, sharing insights and solutions with the broader Account Management team to reduce future dependency.

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to relay campaign feedback, request feature enhancements, and suggest improvements to optimize campaign performance.

  • Autonomously investigate and resolve issues related to web, creative, and app tracking across campaigns, ensuring smooth campaign operations.

  • Proactively master all the tools and technologies we use, including our DSP, ensuring that you can provide timely answers and solutions to any technical queries from sales or CSM teams.

  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the Customer Success team, ensuring they can handle basic technical issues independently and freeing up the Technical Account Manager for more complex problem-solving.

We’d love to work with you if:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in the ad tech industry, with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising. Experience in CTV is a plus!

  • You have solid technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of replicating API calls. Experience with DSP platforms is highly desirable.

  • You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and able to deep dive into technical problems to find actionable solutions.

  • You have the ability to manage multiple technical requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are curious, proactive, and a fast learner with a passion for mastering complex technical systems and providing valuable insights to improve product performance.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can explain technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

  • You thrive in a role that blends technical expertise with a business-oriented approach, taking ownership of campaign success and ensuring optimal results.
