Key Responsibilities

Training, Learning & AI Adoption

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials designed to increase AI literacy, engagement, and adoption across Morgan Stanley at Work.
  • Support the design and execution of blended learning programs, including live trainings, Mobile Labs, small group sessions, recorded learning content, reference materials, quick guides, FAQs, and related collateral.
  • Present at large-scale events and facilitate interactive learning sessions for diverse audiences across business functions.
  • Tailor training approaches to maximize impact, leveraging varied learning styles, audience needs, business priorities, and role-specific use cases.
  • Identify AI training needs across Morgan Stanley at Work functions, including Relationship Managers, Service Managers, Business Development, and other key stakeholder groups.

Communications, Engagement & Change Management

  • Lead and support communications to the organization regarding trainings, learning opportunities, AI capabilities, adoption priorities, and related initiatives.
  • Create compelling communication materials to drive awareness, registration, participation, and engagement in training programs.
  • Support change management activities that drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and sustained engagement across impacted user groups.

Responsible AI Usage & Governance Awareness

  • Reinforce appropriate, responsible, and compliant use of AI tools in alignment with Firm policies, training guidance, approved use cases, and applicable procedures.
  • Help ensure training materials and communications promote responsible AI engagement, including awareness of approved tools, appropriate use, data handling expectations, and escalation pathways where applicable.
  • Partner with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure AI-related training content and communications are consistent with current Firm guidance.

Project Planning & Delivery Management

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, training timelines, and executive summaries for Morgan Stanley at Work Senior Management and ASI Leadership.
  • Partner with Training Specialists, Learning & Development, Project Managers, Business Owners, Field Management, and ASI Team members to define scope, schedules, requirements, session topics, delivery mechanisms, success measures, and implementation plans.
  • Initiate, own, and drive projects from planning through execution, including proactive issue identification, escalation, and resolution.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze and report training and adoption metrics on a recurring basis, including completion, readiness, status, learning impact, feedback, user experience, escalations, and adoption trends.
  • Provide reporting on training effectiveness, engagement levels, field perspectives, adoption barriers, and opportunities to improve learner experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional presentation skills, including comfort presenting to large audiences.
  • Proven ability to support or deliver blended learning programs across multiple platforms and delivery formats.
  • Experience creating training materials, communication collateral, presentations, quick-reference guides, FAQs, or related learning content.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, emerging technologies, learning strategy, and business transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting learning, training, communications, change management, or adoption initiatives within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, digital transformation, workflow optimization, or technology enablement initiatives.
  • Experience developing communications or training plans for new tools, platforms, capabilities, or process changes.

New York only: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 to $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
