Provides technical, systems, and QA/QC support to a manufacturing technology team. Responsibilities include reviewing process records and requisitions, collecting and summarizing data, witnessing critical processing, creating heat treatment charts, monitoring backlogs, managing documents and purchase orders, generating material certifications, supporting audits, and reviewing test results against customer requirements.
Primary Objective:
To provide support to Dunkirk Technology team as well as ancillary support to other departments as directed by Technical Management.

Responsibilities:
- Technology Support
- Review process records against procedures, order requirements, and fixed practices
- Product and process data collection/summarization
- Witness processing of critical orders/materials
- Creation and review of heat treatment charts
- Monitor department backlogs and flag up items needing attention
- Review conversion requisitions against order requirements
- Summarize data for reports and projects
- Systems Support
- Scanning, printing, retrieving documents
- Upload purchase orders into database
- QA/QC functions
- Material certification generation and review
- Quality assurance audit support
- Customer/OEM audit support
- Review test results for acceptability to customer requirement
Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Chat, Meet) preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to meet all deadlines
Education:
- Associate degree in a STEM related field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
