Who We Are

We are a global AI-powered technology and services group operating multiple brands across health, wellbeing, and performance. We’re AI-first, outcome-obsessed, automation-heavy, and scale through tight systems, high standards, and radical transparency.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and tech-savvy Business Analyst who can work with diverse stakeholders to shape product direction, define requirements, and ensure our solutions meet business and user needs. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering scalable digital solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and external clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product features. You’ll also help align business goals with development efforts, particularly across projects that involve no-code/low-code platforms, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows
  • Analyze current systems, data, and business processes to recommend enhancements or new solutions
  • Work with developers, product managers and owners to scope features and define acceptance criteria
  • Assist in developing prototypes, mockups, and wireframes as needed
  • Support project managers in tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Conduct gap analysis between business needs and technical solutions
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality aligns with requirements
  • Stay updated on the latest tools in no-code/low-code, SaaS platforms, and emerging tech trends
  • Wear multiple hats by adopting the perspective of:
  • The end user (user experience and journey)
  • The frontend developer (interface behavior and responsiveness)
  • The backend developer (data models, APIs, and logic flows)

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech, SaaS, or digital product environment.
  • Proficiency with Figma, with the ability to interpret design prototypes and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, data structures, and request/response logic.
  • Familiarity with both traditional development and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Glide, Airtable, Webflow, Zapier).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate them effectively across teams.
  • Experience with documentation and project tracking tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Notion) is a plus.
  • Background in UX writing or user-centered design processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of agile or hybrid agile methodologies is a strong advantage.

Benefits
  • Base Salary: USD $1,000 per month.
  • Performance Incentives: USD $150– $500 per month tied to KPI over-performance.

Corporate Culture & Work Ethos

We foster a culture of innovation, performance, and purpose. Success is measured by outcomes, and we thrive in a fast-paced, AI-first environment. Transparency, collaboration, and high standards guide how we work, while our mission is to use technology for good, advancing health, well-being, education, and human performance.
