Join Echo’s Integration Team as a Technical Business Analyst and help drive successful EDI/API integration projects between clients, carriers, and internal teams. You’ll gather requirements, support testing and implementation, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable logistics technology solutions.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather and document business & technical requirements
- Support EDI/API integration projects from testing through implementation
- Create functional specs, process documentation, and test cases
- Coordinate end-to-end testing with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and go-live activities
- Partner with developers to deliver reliable, supportable solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Analyst experience
- Experience with EDI/API integrations
- Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred
- Knowledge of XML, flat files, and EDI standards
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- SDLC knowledge
- ServiceNow / ITIL experience
- SQL experience
- AI/GenAI workflow automation experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office
