We’re reinventing the market research industry. Let’s reinvent it together.

At Numerator, we believe tomorrow’s success starts with today’s market intelligence. We empower the world’s leading brands and retailers with unmatched insights into consumer behavior and the influencers that drive it.

The salary range for this role is $73,000 - $100,100/year + Bonus

Numerator is expanding how customers access and use our intelligence through new technical and AI-driven solutions, beginning with Nexa MCP.

We’re looking for a Technical Customer Enablement Manager to help customers successfully implement and adopt these solutions while preparing our internal teams to confidently support them. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and enablement — translating technical capabilities into successful customer outcomes and scalable internal practices.

You’ll work directly with customers from pre-sales discovery through implementation and adoption, while partnering closely with the Customer Team, Sales, Product, and Engineering. As new technical solutions launch, you’ll help define how Numerator brings them to customers and supports them at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation for MCP-based and other emerging technical solutions, guiding customers through requirements, setup, testing, and activation.
  • Participate in pre-sales discovery to assess customer readiness, understand technical environments and use cases, and identify implementation requirements or risks.
  • Define early customer engagement and success models, partnering cross functionally to establish how we monitor and understand adoption, including usage and questions by user and account.
  • Turn engagement signals into actionable customer insights, developing the initial tools and processes that give account teams visibility into how customers are using the solution, where they may need support, and where opportunities exist to deepen adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted customer partner, communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and balancing empathy and flexibility with clear, direct guidance when needed.
  • Translate technical complexity into practical action, helping customers and internal teams understand how new capabilities work, where they fit, and what is required for success.
  • Build scalable onboarding and enablement practices, including implementation playbooks, training, documentation, and resources that allow Customer teams to confidently support technical solutions.
  • Prepare internal teams for new capabilities, partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to establish roles, processes, escalation paths, and ongoing education.
  • Identify and address adoption friction, using customer engagement data and feedback to improve the implementation experience and inform product and process improvements.
  • Experience in technical onboarding, implementation, solutions consulting, customer engineering, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly develop expertise in emerging technologies. Experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, permissions, enterprise AI, MCP, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, adapt to different stakeholders, and communicate directly when necessary.
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating repeatable processes, documentation, training, or enablement that helps others become self-sufficient.
  • Strong organization and project-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple customers, stakeholders, and workstreams.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build credibility across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and customer technical teams.
  • Comfort operating in an evolving environment where products, processes, and customer needs are developing quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise AI platforms, data platforms, APIs, MCP, or other integration-based products.
  • Experience bringing a new technical product or capability from early launch through broader adoption.
  • Familiarity with consumer insights, market research, retail measurement, or syndicated data.
