What You'll Do:

The Knowledge Architecture team at CoreWeave owns how Product and Engineering captures, structures, and shares what it knows. We build the internal documentation, onboarding, and technical education programs that let engineers find answers and get productive fast, and we set the standards that keep that knowledge accurate as the company scales. If you like making complex technical work understandable and want your output used by every department in the company, this is the team to join.

About the Role:

As a Technical Education Specialist, you will keep CoreWeave's internal technical education programs running and current. You will coordinate the recurring operations behind Lunch and Learns, engineering demos, and similar sessions, and you will own the health of the content those programs produce in our Education Hub. Your day will mix program logistics, hands-on content maintenance, and research and drafting for new learning initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Technical Education Program Specialist, who sets program direction and provides mentorship as you grow into independent ownership of recurring workflows.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain Education Hub content, including updates, cleanup, formatting, tagging, and publishing support.
  • Coordinate recurring program operations for Lunch and Learns, engineering demos, and similar technical education efforts.
  • Support speaker logistics, scheduling, notes, recordings, and resource publication.
  • Audit published content for accuracy, freshness, and usability, and make the needed updates.
  • Assist with research, drafting, content preparation, and information intake for new learning initiatives.
  • Track requests, suggestions, and follow-up items, and help maintain lightweight operating processes for recurring workflows.
  • Surface patterns and opportunities to improve how learning resources are organized, maintained, and found.
Who You Are:
  • Experience coordinating recurring programs, events, or training sessions on a published cadence, including speaker scheduling and follow-up.
  • Experience creating and maintaining written content in a documentation or content management platform such as Confluence, Notion, or a CMS.
  • Demonstrated experience applying a documentation style guide, template set, or editorial standard consistently across published material.
  • Experience supporting technical education, developer enablement, or internal training at an infrastructure, cloud, or software company.
  • Familiarity with cloud, Kubernetes, GPU, or AI and ML concepts sufficient to follow and summarize engineering content.
  • Experience with instructional design or curriculum development.
  • Experience in auditing and remediating a body of existing content for accuracy, broken links, and structure.
  • Experience tracking work and intake requests in Jira or a comparable issue-tracking system.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts to turn technical material into usable learning resources.
Preferred:
  • Experience with enterprise search and content discoverability
  • Experience publishing session assets such as recordings, notes, and slides, including basic post-production and captioning.
  • Experience reporting on program metrics such as attendance, engagement, or content freshness.

Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams, even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

  • You love making complicated technical topics clear to the people who need them.
  • You're curious about how engineers actually learn, and you pay attention to what does and does not land.
  • You're the person who notices the stale page, the broken link, and the recording nobody published.
  • You're comfortable owning recurring operations and making them reliable.
