About the Role


At Autocorp.ai, we help dealerships transform the way they engage with modern car buyers. We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and problem-solving. This role is the bridge between our innovative SaaS solutions and our clients’ business results. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth integrations, and an exceptional client experience from day one.


This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making complex systems work flawlessly, enjoys working closely with customers, and takes pride in enabling client success through technical excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Implementations: Own the onboarding process for new and existing clients, including setup, configuration, integrations, and go-live readiness.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Client Success Managers, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver smooth, on-time deployments.
  • Maintain Momentum: Develop and manage onboarding plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met during the first 90 days of implementation.
  • Drive Client Confidence: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, diagnosing problems and providing fast, effective solutions.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as a key communicator between clients, internal teams, and partners to resolve issues and remove barriers.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QA testing to ensure every Autocorp.ai integration works seamlessly.
  • Process Improvement: Document best practices, contribute to the implementation playbook, and gather feedback to continuously refine our approach.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date on industry tools, trends, and best practices to deliver a cutting-edge experience for every client.


Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in client onboarding and Level 1 technical support, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry (preferred but not required).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
