Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS software products within deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand technical requirements, evaluate feasibility, and guide project goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with organizational priorities.
- Create and maintain project plans, scope documents, and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Manage and prioritize a product backlog with a deep understanding of technical dependencies and trade-offs.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks while developing contingency plans.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, align with technical and business requirements, and exceed customer expectations.
Technical Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality software products, particularly SaaS platforms.
- Deep familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and ability to effectively lead sprints and manage projects using these frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical architecture, and mobile technologies (iOS, Android).
- Hands-on experience with mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms, with the ability to evaluate feasibility and provide guidance to development teams.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
- Experience in evaluating technical requirements, making informed decisions, and aligning development efforts with strategic goals.
- Hands on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
