About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to be the operational backbone of our technology organization, with a primary focus on Product and Engineering delivery. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, you'll drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives — turning strategy into structured, measurable execution. You'll also help coordinate IT and Salesforce initiatives where they intersect with product and engineering work.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and program discipline. You'll partner closely with product and engineering leads, remove roadblocks, keep initiatives on track, and give leadership a clear, honest view of progress and risk.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end program management of Product and Engineering initiatives — from intake and planning through delivery and retrospective.

  • Build and maintain roadmaps, timelines, and dependency maps that keep product and engineering teams aligned and moving in the same direction.

  • Run the operating cadence for the org: Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives), status reviews, steering meetings, and executive reporting.

  • Translate the VP of Technology's priorities into actionable plans, clear scopes, and accountable owners.

  • Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts — and drive them to resolution before they become blockers.

  • Establish lightweight, scalable processes and tooling for intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking.

  • Create clear, data-backed reporting and dashboards so leadership always knows what's on track, what's at risk, and why.

  • Coordinate Salesforce initiatives where they touch product or engineering delivery.

  • Coordinate IT initiatives where they touch product or engineering delivery.

  • Facilitate strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone shares the same picture.

  • Champion continuous improvement — capturing lessons learned and refining how the organization plans and delivers.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a product led organization, with a track record of delivering complex product and engineering initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience driving software delivery in close partnership with product and engineering teams.

  • Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum delivery and managing programs in Jira (boards, sprints, backlog management, and reporting).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — able to tailor the message to engineers and executives alike.

  • A structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset; comfortable driving clarity in ambiguous situations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in a fast-moving product or SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with coordinating adjacent IT or Salesforce work as it intersects with product delivery.

  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

  • Experience introducing or scaling program management practices in a growing organization.

What Success Looks Like
  • First 90 days: You understand the org's initiatives, stakeholders, and delivery cadence, and you've established a clear, trusted source of truth for program status.

  • 3 months: Cross-functional initiatives are running on predictable rhythms, risks are surfaced early, and leadership has reliable visibility into progress.

  • Ongoing: You're the person the VP of Technology and team leads count on to keep the organization aligned, accountable, and delivering.

The salary for this role is: $80/hr
