At Pearl, no two days look the same — you need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever the team needs you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain project plans, trackers, and status dashboards across cybersecurity and technology engagements
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder touchpoints with client teams spanning Banking, Healthcare, Government, and Manufacturing
  • Track action items, risks, and issues; escalate blockers to the project or program manager
  • Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project artifacts tailored to client context
  • Support resource onboarding and coordinate logistics across cross-functional project teams
  • Assist with invoice tracking, budget monitoring, and procurement documentation
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled project documentation accessible to all team members
  • Flex into supporting areas outside your core role as business needs evolve — agility is expected

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred — equivalent experience in a project support or coordination role is welcome
  • 1–3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role; consulting or tech firm experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a great to have
  • Startup-ready mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and evolving priorities
