We are expanding our product delivery team and looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive execution across software development projects from inception through deployment.

Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at Luminas Advisors, you will act as the bridge between cross-functional business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product managers. You will manage sprint cycles, track project milestones, remove operational blockers, and ensure software deliverables are shipped on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development and client-facing digital projects.

  • Agile Leadership: Facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and advisory stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable user stories and technical requirements.

  • Resource & Schedule Management: Monitor project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to keep cross-functional initiatives on track.

  • Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Identify technical dependencies, flag risks early, and clear operational roadblocks for development teams.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve software delivery workflows, team velocity, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager managing custom software development projects.

  • Agile Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort discussing technical scope, system architecture, and modern web development technologies (React, Node.js, cloud deployment pipelines) with engineering leads.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of effectively managing client and internal stakeholder expectations.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking, organizational skill, and acute attention to project timelines and detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environments.

  • Basic understanding of cloud workflows (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD development life cycles.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive base salary with annual performance bonus.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

  • Flexible remote/hybrid work policies with a home office setup stipend.

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays.

  • Annual learning and development stipend for certifications and professional courses.
