At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join the Business Operations & Enablement team, reporting to the Staff Program Manager, Business Operations & Enablement. This role owns technical project delivery across the IT portfolio from approved intake through procurement, build, deployment, and closeout, with a focus on the procurement-to-deployment lifecycle and the applications, integrations, and SaaS platforms that run the business. You will be the single accountable owner on every project you carry, partnering with Procurement on quotes, purchase orders, and vendor implementation milestones, with Systems Engineering on build and configuration, and with IT Security Engineering on security review and Change Advisory Board approval, closing the handoffs where delivery stalls today. The ideal candidate is hands-on in the details of a deployment and equally comfortable telling a VP that a milestone is at risk and what the recovery plan is. They do not wait for a process to exist before imposing structure on the work, and they treat an unclear handoff as a problem to solve rather than a reason to pause.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery for assigned technical projects, serving as the single accountable coordination point across Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security Engineering, and the requesting business unit.
  • Drive the procurement-to-deployment lifecycle as one continuous project: partner with Procurement on sourcing, quotes, purchase orders, and contract milestones, then carry the same effort through build, configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • Manage SaaS application deployments and system integrations, including requirements definition, vendor implementation coordination, identity and provisioning setup, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live.
  • Define and enforce handoff criteria between intake, design, procurement, build, and deployment stages. Every transition carries a named owner, a dated commitment, and documented entry and exit criteria.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency maps in Jira and Confluence, keeping status current enough that stakeholders never have to ask where a project stands.
  • Own stakeholder communication for the full project lifecycle: kickoff, recurring status, change requests, escalations, go-live notifications, and post-deployment adoption follow-up.
  • Manage risk, issue resolution, and change control with limited direction, escalating with a recommendation and an impact assessment rather than an open question.
  • Hold vendors and implementation partners accountable to contracted scope, milestones, and service levels, coordinating with Procurement when commercial leverage is needed.
  • Represent projects through Change Advisory Board review, including the security review gate, and ensure deployments meet Dragos governance, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Improve the delivery system itself by contributing intake criteria, templates, lifecycle automation, and reporting standards that make delivery repeatable rather than dependent on individual effort.
  • Report project and portfolio health to IT leadership, including schedule adherence, cycle time, delivery against plan, and spend against forecast.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8+ years managing technical IT projects end to end in a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment, with a track record of delivering on schedule and within scope.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full lifecycle delivery, including the procurement stage. You have run projects where sourcing, purchase order approval, and vendor onboarding sat on your critical path and you managed them directly.
  • Hands-on experience delivering SaaS platform rollouts and system integrations, including SSO and SAML, automated user provisioning, API or middleware integrations, and data migration.
  • Working knowledge of procurement mechanics: quotes, statements of work, purchase orders, renewals, vendor onboarding, and third-party security review.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project execution and documentation, plus Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and hold peers accountable across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated success diagnosing and fixing broken process handoffs, not just working around them.
  • Excellent written communication, with the ability to translate technical detail into concise executive summaries.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and structuring work that is not well defined at the outset.
  • An AI-native working style is highly important. This role sits alongside one of Dragos's most active AI enablement programs, and the ideal candidate defaults to AI tools for research, drafting, synthesis, status reporting, and project tracking from day one.
  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a high-growth technology company is a strong plus.
  • Experience with IT service management platforms, Jira Automation, or workflow design is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary:  $152,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan
