Superlanet is seeking an experienced Technical Project / Program Manager to support our healthcare client in Northern California on a large-scale enterprise imaging initiative. This is a primarily remote, 6-month contract with quarterly travel required for key project milestones and go-lives. The project roadmap extends well beyond the initial engagement, offering a strong likelihood of extension.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading enterprise healthcare IT implementations involving Epic Radiant, Sectra, PACS, AI/ML imaging technologies, or similar enterprise imaging platforms.
- Lead complex healthcare IT projects and programs focused on enterprise imaging technologies.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Support AI/ML initiatives that enhance imaging workflows, automation, and clinical operations.
- Partner with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled imaging solutions and system integrations.
- Drive issue resolution, change management, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure successful project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar healthcare IT leadership role.
- Experience leading implementations involving Epic Radiant, Sectra, PACS, RIS, AI/ML imaging solutions, or comparable enterprise imaging platforms.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT implementation methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Enterprise imaging migrations or PACS implementations.
- AI/ML-enabled imaging or clinical workflow initiatives.
- Experience supporting large integrated healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and imaging interoperability.
Benefits
Hourly Pay: $70.00–$89.00/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and employment arrangement (W-2 or 1099).
