Technical Recruiter

This position is based out of Button's NYC Hub, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays spent in-office.

AS A TECHNICAL RECRUITER, YOU WILL:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Button’s open roles, owning the process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring goals, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure alignment throughout every stage of the process.
• Build and nurture a high-quality talent pipeline by leveraging diverse sourcing strategies ranging from LinkedIn Recruiter to creative, out-of-the-box tools, while staying current on market trends.
• Identify, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a strong, high-caliber talent pool.
• Work  with interviewers to ensure a structured, consistent, and candidate-centric hiring experience.
• Maintain and optimize Button’s ATS to ensure operational efficiency, transparency, and a data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Lead post-interview debriefs and continuously implement process improvements to elevate hiring outcomes.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, consistently representing Button’s values throughout the hiring process.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.

WE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO:

• Bring 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a tech-focused recruiting agency.
• Excel at managing end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing and assessing talent to driving offers to close.
• Are motivated by a fast-moving, high-ownership culture where each hire meaningfully contributes to Button’s success.
• Can serve as a strategic, trusted partner to hiring managers and executives, aligning talent efforts with business goals.
• Have hands-on experience with Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other modern recruiting tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

Button provides employees with a RemotePlus workplace, which blends “work from anywhere” with in-person collaboration. Button has a “hub” workspace in New York City as well as team members distributed across the United States and beyond. Button’s total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The on-target earnings range for this role is expected to be between $110,000 - $143,000 (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above).

In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee’s salary annually.
