• Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application's user interface for optimal usability.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.
• Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
• Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.

This role is remote

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the predominate contact center platforms, AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Intermediate proficiency in Applications Architecture.
• Intermediate proficiency in AWS Lambda.
• Intermediate proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Design.
• Intermediate proficiency in System Integration.
• Beginner proficiency in User Experience Design.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
