WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Track and analyze budgets, headcount, vendor spends, and key programs and projects to support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate and align messaging across Infrastructure leadership to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Drive organizational initiatives by partnering closely with Technology, HR, and Finance teams.
• Document processes, standards, and operating procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate messaging to meet the needs of different stakeholder audiences, such as engineers, managers, and senior leaders.
• Ensure consistency, structure, and clarity across communications and deliverables within the Technology organization.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, town halls, and stakeholder updates to maximize organizational value.

WHAT’S REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technology business analyst, operations, or office of the COO role.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop solutions.
• Project management skills, including stakeholder analysis, dependency tracking, and timeline management.
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure platforms or demonstrated ability to learn,
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
