Conscious talent is looking for world class technology leaders (CTOs,VP Engineering, Heads of Platform, A.I., Infrastructure, or Architecture) who are committed to their inner work journey and mastery of their craft.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building and scaling technology teams, alongside a desire to contribute to conscious, aligned cultures. If you’re someone who sees software and systems as vehicles for real-world impact and wants to work in an environment that honors your authenticity and growth journey we’d love to hear from you.

What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)

  • Lead technical strategy, architecture, and execution across scaling platforms

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams

  • Collaborate with product and executive stakeholders to shape technical priorities aligned with company vision

  • Build systems that support operational excellence, security, and innovation at scale

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, awareness, and psychological safety into team practices

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in technical leadership roles (e.g. Engineering Director, VP Eng, CTO, Head of Engineering)

  • Experience scaling systems and teams in high-growth startup or enterprise environments

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and architecting order from complexity

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great products, but great teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Contributions to open-source or systems thinking beyond your org
