Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Snowflake data loads and operational data pipelines
  • Support SQL Server fundamentals (read-only queries, job monitoring)
  • Assist with replication health checks and alerts
  • Support Tableau extracts and data refreshes
  • Identify and escalate data issues with clear diagnostics
  • Partner with Engineering on root cause analysis
  • Document data operational procedures
  • Data platform maintenance
