Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc. (NGI), an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of technology projects in one or more specialties, including systems/business analysis, application development and implementation, PC/LAN support, or technical writing. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a sound understanding of technical environments, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Job Requirements:

• Manage and execute all aspects of assigned technology projects from initiation through completion.

• Lead projects in one or more specialized areas:

• Systems/Business Analysis

• Development and Implementation of Applications in a Networked PC Environment

• PC/LAN Support

• Technical Writing

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

• Oversee project scheduling, implementation, and evaluation activities.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing scope and change control.

• Communicate effectively with technical teams and user communities to ensure project alignment with business goals.

• Prepare status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in one or more technical specialties listed above.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (PMP certification desirable).

• Strong understanding of technical issues and systems environments.

• Proven experience in creating comprehensive project plans and managing full project lifecycles.

• Exceptional organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with both user communities and technical staff.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or other recognized project management certification.

• Experience managing projects in both agile and waterfall environments.

• Familiarity with enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.

Job Benefits:
• Competitive Hourly rate range based on experience of approximately $75-$85 an hour USD
