Job Title: Technology Sales Executive


Position Overview

We are a fast-growing technology and talent solutions firm helping businesses scale through CRM platforms, automation, AI-driven solutions, and high-impact staffing services. We are seeking a driven Technology Sales Executive with a true hunter mentality to build pipeline, close deals, and consistently drive new revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys owning the full sales cycle, and is motivated by performance and results.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals.
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build your own revenue pipeline.
  • Sell technology solutions including CRM implementations, system migrations, automations, integrations, and AI-powered tools.
  • Engage founders, CXOs, and senior leadership in consultative sales conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and delivery teams to structure and close deals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and deal updates within CRM systems.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B technology or services-based sales.
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate opportunities independently.
  • Comfortable selling to founders, executives, and senior decision-makers.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can lead and control sales conversations.
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with minimal need for oversight or micromanagement.
  • Experience selling CRM solutions, SaaS products, AI tools, automation platforms, or IT services is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused sales environment.
