What you’ll do
The Strategy and Operations Manager will join the Office of the CTO. You will report to and work closely with the Technology Chief of Staff, playing a pivotal role in aligning leadership messaging, managing key operational initiatives, and supporting the department’s talent and employee engagement strategies. You will also provide operational support for strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational priorities. Specifically, you will:
- Support strategic initiatives including location strategy, cost optimization efforts, and organizational realignments.
- Create and distribute CTO materials, including presentations for the CEO and senior leadership, leadership updates, and reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support quarterly Technology town halls by partnering with senior leadership and firm partners to create engaging agendas that align with organizational priorities, managing internal speaker invitations and engagement, and overseeing event logistics.
- Manage leadership events such as strategy offsites, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Partner with Recruiting to execute the global Technology campus and intern recruiting programs, ensuring alignment with the firm’s talent strategy and organizational goals.
- Work closely with our Internal Communications team to help ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of key projects and initiatives.
What’s REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or project management within the financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other presentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ability to analyze feedback and metrics to inform decision-making and improve programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $225,000-$275,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
