THE ROLE: Temporary Deployment Planner

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Finished Goods (FG) Deployment Planner to support our Supply Chain team on a temporary basis. This role will own deployment and allocation planning across a complex network of distribution centers and partners, ensuring product is positioned effectively to meet customer demand and service targets.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in planning systems, and the ability to quickly identify and respond to supply and demand shifts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own deployment and allocation planning across multiple distribution centers, co-packers and warehouses to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time (including RJW, Green Rabbit and Trifinity and TRI2 sites)
  • Translate supply plans and customer forecasts into actionable deployment plans.
  • Monitor and respond to supply/demand imbalances, short-dated inventory, and network constraints. 
  • Optimize inventory levels across sites to achieve target service levels and minimize obsolescence or overstock.
  • Collaborate closely with demand planners, production planners, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations.
  • Manage allocation logic for constrained supply scenarios and communicate effectively with sales and customer service teams. 
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network flow, reduce costs, and improve agility.
  • Maintain master data related to deployment rules, lead times, and transit lanes. Analyze KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, deployment adherence, and in-stock metrics.

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

  • Experience in D365 and Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • 5 - 7 years in Supply Chain Logistics, Supply Planning or Deployment planning
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actionsAdvanced Excel skills highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Proactive problem solver who can quickly assess risks and drive solutions
  • Strong communicator who partners effectively across functions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in CPG or high-growth consumer goods environment
  • Exposure to S&OP or integrated business planning processes

LOCATION: Remote, USA 

HOURS: 40/hours a week.
