Job Description
As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for the followings:
  • Optimizing process, tools and systems to achieve high product quality and high efficiency in Test operation.
  • Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process.
  • Resolve process/product deviations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Test operation (through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution and effective controls' implementation).
  • Handle changes in test process (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high volume production.
  • Identify operational perfection (Quality, Efficiency, Cycle time, Delivery / Cost improvement) opportunities.
  • Lead/participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions.
  • Additional tasks would include design and develop business intelligent reporting and dashboards for effective business data visualization enable data driven decision-making.
  • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a any electronic related field.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
  • Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
  • Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes
