Lead product vision and roadmap for Trove's collectibles platform, launching core features like pack experiences, marketplace flows, ownership mechanics, and community tools. Conduct user research and analyze metrics, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and marketing, and own end-to-end product launches and iteration.
Trove is reinventing how people discover, collect, and trade physical and digital collectibles. Our platform empowers collectors to rip digital packs, own the physical cards, trade instantly, and showcase their curated collections in new social and gamified ways. We’re a passionate team focused on blending best-in-class product design with deep community engagement and seamless execution. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and help define the future of collectibles for millions of users — where digital meets real world ownership.
As our Founding Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, leading strategy, and driving outcomes at a pivotal stage of growth. You’ll work closely with the founding team and early engineers to define the product roadmap, launch key features, and iterate rapidly based on real user feedback.
What You’ll Do
- Define & Own Product Vision: Lead the product vision and strategy for core features — from collectible pack experiences and marketplace flows to ownership mechanics and community tools.
- Build & Prioritize the Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- User-Driven Insight: Conduct research, gather qualitative + quantitative feedback, and translate insights into product decisions that delight our users.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and community to execute on shared goals, align priorities, and ship with velocity.
- Measure Success: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, using data to uncover opportunities and iterate quickly.
- Launch & Iterate: Lead product launches end-to-end — from ideation through execution and post-launch optimization.
What We’re Looking For
- Product Experience: 4+ years in product management with a track record of building consumer-facing digital products (marketplaces, communities, gaming, or collectibles a plus).
- Strategic & Analytical: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to balance long-term strategy and short-term execution.
- User Empathy: Deep understanding of users through research, data, and direct community engagement.
- Ownership Mentality: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity — comfortable defining structure and direction in a fast-moving startup.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with engineers and designers to translate product concepts into clear requirements and deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; you can clearly articulate product decisions to stakeholders.
What We Offer
- The chance to shape a category-defining product at the intersection of digital culture and real-world assets
- A collaborative, mission-driven team with a strong focus on user experience and innovation
- Competitive compensation and equity participation — you own what you build
- Flexible work environment and opportunity for remote collaboration
