We are looking for a Test SW Engineer to join our team. The individual will be a part of the New Product & Technologies Test Engineering Solution team that works with the multiple R&D, RF Software, Supply Chain, and Services teams to establish the manufacturing capability of our next generation products. We are looking for an energetic self-driven individual that likes to work across regions and interface with internal and external teams to develop a JTAG/Boundary Scan Test Solution for our future products.
 

Responsibilities

As part of the Team, you will: 

  • Develop the JTAG/Boundary Scan Production SW solutions for testing RF Network module level products that will be used in the Manufacturing Production facilities. 
  • Boundary Scan Test solution for the product includes the interaction with the Test Fixtures, Test Equipment, and Test Application SW. 
  • Develop & support the module level test fixture HW, Boundary Scan Application SW, and provide DFT (Design for Test) feedback during the product design, which may also include evaluation and recommendations for new design implementation requirements. 
  • Activities may extend from NPI (New Product Introduction) to the final Manufacturing/Production site. 
  • Duties may also include monitoring and analyzing test performance for improving or resolving tester design issues seen during prototype builds. 
  • Create and maintain tester documentation and test plans will be required in preparation for moving from the project phase to volume Production.
     
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2+ years’ experience working with Boundary Scan Test development or experience in working with both Product Hardware and Software development. Experience with RF or Digital Telecommunication hardware a plus
  • Proficient working knowledge & experience of RF and Digital Test Equipment and Test methodologies.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, including R&D, Mfg Operations, and External factory interfaces. 
  • Proven Experience in SW application development may include C++, C#, or BSCAN. 
  • Prior use of Goepel JTAG/Boundary Scan Test equipment a plus
  • Spoken and written fluency in the English language.
