Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour


About the Role:

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Vendor Management team. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with managing vendor relationships and coordinating cybersecurity questionnaires to ensure our third-party partners comply with security and compliance standards. This is a great first role in cybersecurity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the vendor onboarding process, including documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Distribute, track, and manage security questionnaires to vendors.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and completion of questionnaires.
  • Perform initial review and basic analysis of vendor responses.
  • Maintain accurate records in the vendor management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and escalations.


Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of work experience
