The Third‑Party Risk Management Team at Point72 is responsible for overseeing the firm’s third‑party risk management program, including risk assessments, operational due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
 
What you’ll do

  • Administer and manage the third-party risk management (TPRM) platform, including workflows, risk tiering, assessments, issue tracking, reporting, and continuous process optimization.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm’s TPRM program, including vendor profile governance, ongoing monitoring activities, offboarding processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor data.
  • Drive timely risk assessments at vendor on-boarding, including accurate data capture, and adherence to internal standards and governance requirements.
  • Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, including Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and Procurement, facilitating clear communication and efficient resolution of third-party risk matters.
  • Execute and manage TPRM-related projects and initiatives, including process improvements, control enhancements, reporting upgrades, and program scalability efforts.
  • Apply risk-based and strategic thinking to identify program gaps, emerging third-party risks, and opportunities to strengthen governance and oversight.
  • Prepare and deliver management reporting and metrics, translating program data into clear insights for leadership and risk forums.

What’s required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience working with Third-party risk vendors
  • Ability to apply a risk-focused, value-add approach to improve processes.
  • Comfort working with data and systems, including a strong proficiency in Excel, and the ability to leverage risk management platforms and reporting tools to analyze information, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and third parties to identify emerging risks and assess downstream vendor exposure.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to identify improved ways of working, drive positive change, and quickly adapt to evolving processes, priorities, and ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work through abstract issues in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Intellectual curiosity with interest in understanding underlying issues to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
