About Reveal Technology
Founded in 2019, Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations by delivering software tools and intelligence to operators in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments. Reveal is the Digital Arms Room for the Modern Warrior — providing the tactical intelligence and automation platform for physical, human, and digital terrain at the edge.
Our flagship products include Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning platform that transforms complex terrain into operational advantage, and Identifi, a secure identity verification solution designed for rapid, trusted identification in dynamic environments. In 2026, Reveal expanded its software portfolio to include Chronos and Anomaly 6, further strengthening its capabilities across the modern battlefield.
Reveal exists to serve defense, security, and public safety missions where time is compressed, information is contested, and precision matters. We are scaling our team and technology to meet the accelerating demands of modern warfare and national security.
About the Role
As Technical Program Manager for Agile Targeting, you will own execution of this campaign end to end — translating Geospatial BU strategy and customer commitments into a sequenced delivery plan for a dedicated engineering pod, and keeping that plan on track day to day. You'll run point on schedule, scope, and risk, partnering closely with the engine, client, cloud, and QA teams that support your campaign alongside their platform-wide commitments. This is a delivery-ownership role: you are accountable for whether Agile Targeting ships on time and at quality, not for setting the campaign's strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agile Targeting delivery plan, aligning work with customer commitments and BU priorities.
- Lead sprint and release planning and manage tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and quality.
- Own backlog prioritization and grooming, translating operator and field feedback into clearly scoped engineering work.
- Track cross-team dependencies across engine, client, cloud, and QA teams and escalate risks early.
- Maintain campaign risk, readiness, and delivery status and communicate changes to BU leadership.
- Establish clear definitions of done and drive release quality, regression discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Track campaign KPIs and post-release outcomes to inform future planning and prioritization.
- Support discovery with public safety, DoW, SOCOM, and coalition targeting operators and translate needs into actionable product requirements.
- Support customer demos, proposals, capture efforts, and executive briefings related to targeting-cycle capabilities.
- Ensure customer and field feedback is quickly incorporated into product and delivery planning.
- Partner with engineering leads on architecture, sensor and data integrations, and technical debt tradeoffs for targeting workflows.
- Participate in technical design reviews and make informed product and delivery tradeoffs with engineering.
- Identify opportunities to reuse capabilities across Agile Targeting and other Geospatial campaigns.
- Keep BU leadership informed on execution readiness, delivery risk, dependencies, and roadmap tradeoffs.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, BD, and Program teams to align campaign execution with business priorities.
- Ensure targeting-cycle capabilities meet applicable security, regulatory, and government contracting requirements.
