As part of our dynamic Trade Analytics division, you'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless financial transactions between our clients and their trading partners. Our team specializes in transforming complex deduction challenges into streamlined processes that drive business efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.

You'll work alongside experienced analysts, account managers, and technology specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. Together, we're building the future of trade promotion management, where every deduction resolved strengthens our clients' supply chain partnerships and bottom-line performance. Your analytical expertise will directly impact millions of dollars in trade transactions, helping our clients maintain healthy distributor relationships and optimize their promotional investments.

What you'll do
  • Drive deduction resolution excellence by managing the complete lifecycle of trade deductions, from initial processing through final resolution, ensuring accuracy rates that exceed industry standards.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to coordinate documentation collection, resolve complex deduction scenarios, and maintain transparent communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Analyze and match claims using advanced Excel techniques and portal systems, identifying patterns and discrepancies that protect our clients' financial interests.
  • Partner with distributors and corporate users to retrieve critical documentation, navigate customer portals, and ensure timely backup submission for pending deductions.
  • Maintain comprehensive transaction records that serve as the foundation for audit trails, process improvements, and client reporting requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting portal procedures, creating process enhancement recommendations, and contributing to team training programs.
  • Monitor quality control standards through daily audits of deduction statuses, ensuring compliance with client-specific rules and identifying potential system issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams by creating JIRA tickets for automated portal issues and communicating system improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
What you bring
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot table creation, complex data manipulation, and summary reporting capabilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to identify patterns, resolve discrepancies, and maintain attention to detail in high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external clients, and distributor partners across various communication channels
  • Database management experience with ability to navigate multiple portal systems and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Time management expertise to handle daily workflow demands while meeting processing turnaround time requirements
  • Problem solving orientation with experience resolving complex documentation and matching challenges
  • Team collaboration skills including ability to provide coverage for colleagues and contribute to training initiatives
Great-to-haves
  • Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems for process improvement and issue tracking
  • Knowledge of trade promotion management software or consumer goods industry deduction processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and automated financial processing workflows
