Job Summary
As an Analyst within the Middle Office Support Team, you ensure seamless system readiness and data accuracy. You play a pivotal role in maintaining operational workflows and supporting business deliverables. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and uphold high standards of service
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the data environment and system readiness of Middle Office systems
- Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation tests
- Open new accounts in relevant systems
- Reconcile positions, transactions, and indicative data across platforms
- Enter client portfolio requests into workflow tools
- Run, prepare, and distribute MIS reports on business and operational data
- Maintain client and security static data within systems
- Maintain user configurations and entitlements
- Partner with Front Office, Operations, and Technology to resolve issues
- Manage deliverables while servicing ad hoc queries and requests
- Adhere strictly to deadlines and risk controls
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate strong academic background with minimum 5 years relevant industry experience
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
- Analyze and solve problems with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
- Work independently and proactively seek guidance when needed
- Build strong relationships and collaborate globally as a team player
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiently
- Apply knowledge of intelligent automation tools such as Python, Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath
- Demonstrate understanding of investment products

- Organize tasks and workflows to maintain high productivity
- Adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements
- Interpret and produce results for internal clients, anticipating and preventing issues
