JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ulta Account & Wholesale Channel Optimization
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Ulta, owning end-to-end coordination of assortment needs, product catalog accuracy, imagery, item setup, launch details, and account files.
- Communicate PO changes, ship dates and lead times for novelties and replenishment in line with animation planning.
- FIFO / End of Life Management
- Assist with the planning process and sku setup through retail pipeline with regard to setup, strategy, sampling, ship and launch dates.
- Lead clear, proactive communication with the Ulta Merchant and Planner on all aspects of the business, including ordering, inventory levels, new openings, logistics, deadlines, and issue resolution.
- Support strategic e-tail partners as needed, while ensuring Ulta remains the primary account focus and that learnings across partners inform stronger sell-out strategies.
- Monitor Ulta sales trends, inventory, sell-in/sell-out performance, and promotional results, providing insights and recommendations that identify opportunities and improve commercial performance.
- Forecast Ulta key promotional periods, including 21 Days of Beauty and retailer-specific animations, as well as kits and sampling needs according to product lead times.
- Act as key liaison between warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure smooth processing of outbound orders and returns.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Ulta stakeholders and other external partners by anticipating business needs, managing timelines, and delivering accurate, thoughtful follow-through across all partnership priorities.
- Serve as a customer-facing representative for Erborian across Ulta, prospective new retail partners, brand crossover opportunities, third-party collaborations, and other entrepreneurial partnership ideas.
- Act as a brand ambassador and key liaison between Erborian, Ulta, and potential partners, ensuring communication is clear, solutions-oriented, and aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and commercial priorities.
- Support third-party partner relationships, such as Focus on Beauty or similar partners, by coordinating communication, campaign updates, deliverables, and performance follow-up.
- Track the competitive landscape across Ulta, broader beauty retail, and partnership activations, sharing innovative, growth-oriented ideas with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development and ongoing success of new partnerships by providing customer insights, sales learnings, recap materials, and recommendations throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Serve as trade marketing support for Erborian US campaign planning across all commercial partners, helping bring campaigns to life through promotional planning, new product launches, sampling, retailer activations, small events, and traffic-driving initiatives.
- Own and maintain the full brand marketing calendar across all commercial partners, ensuring it is consistently up to date with key sale periods, promotions, launches, retailer deadlines, content needs, sampling programs, events, decks, recaps, and internal follow-ups.
- Support campaign planning for new and existing products by coordinating with internal and central teams and translating commercial partner needs into clear content, PDP, asset, sampling, event, and launch requirements.
- Bring forward fresh ideas for content, brand crossover opportunities, small-scale events, sampling programs, and retailer activation concepts that drive traffic, build brand awareness, and strengthen the customer experience.
- Partner with production team on local kit development, including holiday through the entire product pipeline (forecasting, packaging, assembly, shipments)
- Support new product launches from pitch to execution through the retailer pipeline by complete new product setup (comps, forms, regulatory review, assets, etc.).
- Organize sampling, GWP candidation, traffic-driving activations, and forecasting in line with the marketing calendar, retailer priorities, and buyer deadlines.
- Provide insights based on past performances to enhance AOV, re-purchase rate, and customer experience.
- Prepare and support commercial partner recaps, business reviews, market week materials, and brand presentations using sales data, customer insights, competitive context, and commercial opportunities.
- Consistently track competitive landscape for best-in-class customer experience.
- Participate in reforecast process throughout the fiscal year as requested by Finance and assist with tracking throughout the year to ensure activities fall within budget
- Support coordination of all sampling operations from pitching, marketing & execution (Allure, Ipsy, Sopost, Wholesale, & Other). Organize and update the product for free tracker for quarterly re-classes in accordance with marketing budget.
- Assist with weekly and monthly sell out reports, reporting key sales and inventory insights.
- Weekly PO Analysis of key accounts reviewing total sell in contribution and any major business impacts from key partners.
- Support key marketing investments with wholesalers to maximize campaign and product visibility and awareness, ensuring activities align with budget.
- Partner with key internal contacts (accounting/supply chain) to review chargebacks and implement changes to reduce cost impact.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Overall sales performance across key accounts, with a primary focus on Ulta, including sell-in/sell-out analysis, commercial opportunity identification, and performance monitoring for Independents, web partners, and Olive Young.
- Accuracy, organization, and on-time execution of retailer deliverables, launch needs, timelines, and follow-ups
- Quality of Ulta stakeholder relationships and ability to manage customer needs with professionalism and urgency

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years+ of experience working with wholesale, retail, or strategic account partners
- Experience with Ulta strongly preferred; Sephora or other prestige beauty retail experience a plus
- Experience with consumer products, beauty, skincare, or cosmetics preferred
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand account performance, identify opportunities, and translate strategy into commercial results
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trusted retailer relationships, anticipate account needs, and manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables with accuracy and strong follow-through
- Must have strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Beauty industry know how, passion for cosmetics/beauty products
- Agile, adaptable, and proactive; able to shift priorities quickly, problem solve, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Some remote flexibility with 2 days on average in office per week.
- Must be available from Monday to Friday.
The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 - $75,000. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills and geographical location. In addition to annual salary, the position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
