The candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day support functions of the trading desk including trade booking,

Responsibilities:
• Providing critical support to trading teams to process trade execution across the trade lifecycle
• Working in a team environment that closely integrates trading, technology and operational excellence
• Working with the trading desk to assess operational and regulatory risks and manage risk breaks, assist with
executions and middle office functions
• Automating operational workflows and partnering with developers and technology teams to architect, build, and
deliver robust platforms to reduce manual overhead and risk
• Developing robust processes to aid in the deployment of new trading capabilities
• Parter with software developers and business stakeholders to facilitate releases and testing for new software
• Serve as a strategic liaison among Trading, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth
expansion and day-to-day operation of the business
• Liaising with operations, accounting and business management departments to develop and answer ad hoc
requests
• Investigating and resolving complex trading and operational exceptions
• Conduct analyses of trading activity, profit-and-loss reporting, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks,
and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to management and trading personnel
• Lead projects involving operational risk management, exception resolution, process design, control
implementation, and technology initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution
• Foundational knowledge of OTC markets
• Prior experience in electronic trading and manual trade booking
• Experience interfacing with trading and technology systems
• Process-driven approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across multiple groups
• A highly analytical mentality and a rigorous attention to detail
In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $225,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
