We are a private family office seeking an experienced Execution Trader to join our investment team. As a small, collaborative firm, every member of our team plays a meaningful role in the investment process. This position offers direct exposure to the firm’s Principal and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on portfolio implementation and trading operations.

We are looking for an experienced institutional execution trader who enjoys working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where responsibility is earned and contributions are highly visible.

Responsibilities

Execute trades across equities, options, ETFs, futures, and other listed securities. Manage the full lifecycle of orders with a focus on execution quality, liquidity, timing, and market impact. Monitor markets throughout the trading day and communicate relevant developments to the investment team.Coordinate with brokers, counterparties, and trading venues.Perform post-trade analysis and continually evaluate execution performance.Assist with trade allocations, reconciliations, and operational workflows.Help improve trading processes, technology, and execution infrastructure.Work closely with the investment team on portfolio implementation and risk management.

Qualifications:

5+ years of institutional execution trading experience. Experience at a leading investment bank, hedge fund, asset manager, proprietary trading firm, or family office. Strong understanding of equity market structure, and electronic trading platforms. Experience executing institutional-sized orders. Familiarity with options and futures markets is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication. Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in fast-moving markets. High integrity and discretion.
