Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a Trading and Analytics Lead to collaborate closely with business partners to support and enhance the systems and data that underpin our trading business. This individual will work to support trade capture, settlement, risk analytics, portfolio management.

Additionally, the Trading and Analytics Lead will be a member of our experienced development team and will partner with other technologists to ensure a scalable and resilient platform.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage product delivery building systems to support our trading business
  • Design, code, test, and deploy enterprise software for security, derivative, and loan trading
  • Collaborate with the business, project managers, and development teams to enhance systems and processes

Required Qualification and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in technical roles in financial services
  • Software development leadership experience
  • University degree in computer science, financial math, or a relevant field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with fixed income trading, mortgage analytics, and financial risk
  • Expert in object-oriented programing with proficiency in C# and C++
  • Expert working with relational databases
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively
  • Results oriented and commercial

Base Salary Range

$175,000 - $250,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
