OVERVIEW:

This role manages IRL training across NAM, ensuring a consistent and impactful team and community experience. You’ll partner with the People and IRL teams to bring training to life, from onboarding through ongoing development, ensuring programs are delivered, evolved, and refreshed in line with Gymshark’s culture and values. 

You’ll also play a key role in driving impact as we scale our NAM retail footprint, supporting highvalue training initiatives that enable store success and contribute to Gymshark’s longterm growth ambitions. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for: 

  • Managing, delivering, and evaluating Gymshark’s IRL retail training and career development programs and materials 
  • Contributing to the development of training platforms, systems, and technology 
  • Partnering with retail training teams across regions to deliver consistent training experiences 
  • Delivering engaging, highenergy instore and virtual workshops, including handson support for new store openings 
  • Using data and feedback to measure effectiveness, impact, and ROI, and drive continuous improvement 
  • Managing training logistics, including scheduling, facilities, and travel 
  • Championing DEI by ensuring all content is inclusive, accessible, and culturally appropriate 
  • Staying informed on legislation, best practices, and new ways of working

Essential Skills 

  • Experience creating and designing retail training and career development programs in a fastpaced, highvolume environment 
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Confident facilitator and storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong understanding of varied learning methods and facilitation techniques 
  • Experience using LMS platforms and building digital learning resources 
  • Ability to travel & work across time zones where required 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States. 

SALARY RANGE

This role has a salary range between $105,000-115,000. We are committed to fair and consistent pay practices. The salary range shown represents the anticipated hiring range for this position and may vary depending on individual qualifications and internal equity
