The Training Specialist – Development focuses on designing and updating training curricula for clinical applications. It involves developing comprehensive eLearning content that meets the evolving needs of UW Medicine. The role collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and current. It emphasizes continuous improvement through feedback and performance analysis. Candidates with EPIC certification are highly desired and preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
