What you will accomplish with us

As a Training Specialist / Digital Instructional Designer, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:

• Design digital training modules: video capsules, microlearning, interactive modules (Rise), guides, and practical tutorials

• Analyze training needs in collaboration with internal teams

• Structure and simplify technical content to make it pedagogically effective

• Produce and edit multimedia content (videos, visuals, interactive content)

• Write scripts, scenarios, storyboards, and instructional documents

• Facilitate or co‑facilitate virtual training sessions (Teams) and occasionally in‑person sessions

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the training offering

We are looking for someone who:

• Is recognized for their creativity and pedagogical rigor

• Stands out for their ability to simplify and explain technical content

• Demonstrates strong mastery of digital design tools (Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, AI voice tools)

• Is known for their strong collaboration skills and advisory mindset

• Has 2 to 5 years of experience in digital instructional design

• Has an advanced level of English, as the person will be required to communicate, speak, write, and develop training in English for unilingual English-speaking teams and clients on a regular and frequent basis
