As a Transaction Coordinator at Truehold, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate acquisition process. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within the company, starting with core transaction support tasks and progressively taking on more responsibilities, including market ownership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn and advance in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
  • Assist with title searches, inspections, and tenant qualification due diligence
  • Work closely with the Transaction Managers to support their deal pipelines
  • Provide vacation coverage for team members
  • Responsibility of physical mail when necessary for transaction documents
  • Ensure accurate system data and maintain completed deal document sets
  • Reviewing HOA documents to verify the absence of rental restrictions

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and terminology
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
  • Basic understanding of real estate contracts and legal documents
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with internal team members and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with team members, sellers, stakeholders fostering positive relationships

  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate transactions or related field preferred
  • The ability to work one Saturday a month
  • Real estate license a plus, but not required
