JOB SUMMARYAs a Transaction Services Senior you will lead financial due diligence (FDD) and M&A advisory engagements. As a key player in our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, you will work closely with private equity firms, corporate clients, and investment banks to provide data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

  • Analyze financial statements, revenue trends, and operational performance to assess transaction risks Identify key deal risks, financial adjustments, and quality of earnings (QoE) insights

  • Identify quality of earnings (QoE), working capital adjustments, and key financial drivers

  • Develop and review financial models, projections, and valuation analyses

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings for clients and senior executives

  • Work directly with executives, investment teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to structure deals

  • Assist in post-transaction integration planning and financial structuring

  • Mentor and develop junior staff, providing technical guidance and training

Physical demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

Travel required

  • Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending on client’s needs

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance with strong academic performance

  • 2 – 3 years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience

Preferred education and experience

  • Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) designation preferred

This range considers many factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s knowledge, job specific skills, experience, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $93,000 to $130,000.
