In this role, you will:
- Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for progress within transactions and processing
- Evaluate tasks or processes
- Exercise independent judgment to guide deliverables with potential risk
- Present recommendations for resolving complex issues
- Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the required processes of transactions and processing
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders, including customers
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience directly in M&A or Conflicts or Legal supporting Investment Banking (including M&A)
- Must have the ability to chart and analyze the relationship among multiple global entities and identify possible conflict issues
- Must have the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with senior bankers and the Firm's senior management in a clear, precise and efficient manner and offer sound independent judgment
- Must have the confidence/fortitude to probe across the spectrum of stakeholders to ensure end analysis is complete
- Ability to operate in fast paced, dynamic work environment with high sense of urgency in getting results and resolving open issues.
- Strong sense of discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work in close coordination with others as part of a small team
Job Expectations:
