EisnerAmper is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) Treasury team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

• Recording/Typing in data provided directly from fund accounting teams into various accounting systems

• Wire Transfer Initiation through various banking platforms

• Running reports from various accounting systems and banking platforms

• Processing 1099 Forms

• Update existing data in various electronic forms including excel and supporting programs

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

• Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of data without mistakes

• Maintaining accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or equivalent field

• 1-2 years of experience in AP environment

• Experience using MRI, Yardi, and/or QuickBooks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
