About the Role
Pagaya is looking for a driven and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our high-impact Treasury team based in NYC. This is not your typical back-office treasury role. At Pagaya, Treasury plays a strategic function - sitting at the heart of our capital engine and influencing how we scale and deploy capital across our investment vehicles and corporate operations.
You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Strategic Finance. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structured finance, securitizations, loan transactions, and daily operations that drive real business outcomes. Our team comes from top institutions like Apollo, Goldman Sachs, Santander and other leading financial organizations - and we’re deeply collaborative, curious, and excited about teaching and growing talent from within.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive and support treasury initiatives that directly impact company-wide priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage liquidity and capital deployment across multiple entities
- Build and maintain weekly cash forecasts, cash and borrowing projection models
- Support securitization transactions - including waterfall reviews, reporting, and interfacing with external parties like originators, servicers, custodians, and rating agencies
- Assist with fund and corporate financing efforts across asset classes
- Lead or support ad hoc data analysis, automation projects, and compliance testing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury operations and controls
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in financial operations, data, and automation
- Proficiency in Excel (modeling, vlookup, sumifs, macros, pivot tables)
- Experience working with large data sets; SQL familiarity preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related fields
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to structured finance, treasury operations, or fixed income
- Prior internships in banking, consumer finance, or private investment funds
- Ability to critically read and interpret legal and financial documents
The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
