ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a self-motivated, collaborative Social Producer who lives and breathes digital trends to support content creation during the 2025 Tribeca Festival. The Social Producer assists the marketing team in content creation, social media publishing, social video editing, and more.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in pop culture, film, and current events, with a finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends. They operate with a creative mindset, are quick on their feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, produce, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Support community management and foster audience interaction by responding to comments, engaging with online communities, monitoring mentions, strategic reposts, and more.
  • Capture content to support real-time coverage of Festival premieres, screenings, and special events.
  • Produce creator-style content with clear call-to-actions — e.g. purchase tickets, participate in this activation, visit this venue, etc.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and align content with brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay on top of social trends, cultural moments, and emerging platforms to inform content strategy.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, production, or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube, with a strong grasp of best practices and trends.
  • Experience producing and editing short-form video content tailored for social media.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and social copy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Be available 6/3-6/15 to work on-site (outside of normal work hours)

 
SALARY RANGE: project rate - $3,800 for two weeks
